About Tech Johnny
Tech Johnny was built on a simple belief: Property management teams deserve technology that just works.
I’m Jonathan — Founder and CEO.
I didn’t come from a traditional IT background. I grew up inside multi-family housing. My family worked in property ownership, development, and management, and from an early age I saw the real challenges on the ground — broken access systems, unreliable cameras, overpriced long term telecom contracts, Wi-Fi that didn’t reach into the apartments, onsite teams stretched too thin, and residents who deserved better.
I saw buildings make million-dollar decisions without the technology support needed to protect those investments. And I knew there was a better way.
So I built Tech Johnny.
